My name is Desislava Miteva and I was born in Silistra. I am an accountant by education, I have a bachelor’s degree, majoring in Economics. I am married with 2 children.

I came to “Naiden Kirov” in 2017 as a Technical Associate for half a year, and subsequently became a Plastic injection Department Manager. My main duties are to plan the production of the plastic components on the machines, as well as the provision of the necessary raw materials for work, the distribution of personnel, etc. I monitor the execution of customer orders, as well as primary quality control of finished products, together with the employees from the QC department.

What I really like here is that there is a lot of dynamics, timely decisions have to be made and the right steps taken to keep the production process running smoothly. I work with colleagues of all ages – there are long-term employees and experienced personnel from whom you can learn a lot.
