Plastic injection

The plastic injection department is an important part of our company’s manufacturing process. With 60 plastic injection machines of various sizes ranging from 80 to 320 tons, in recent years we have acquired 35 new Arburg machines that put our factory at the forefront of injection technology. We are capable of producing a wide variety of products for internal needs and for our customers. One of our advantages is the ability to process a wide range of different types of polymers, including PC, ABS, PA6, PA6-GFx, PA66, PA66-GFx, PP, PP-Tx, PVC, and others. This flexibility allows us to adapt to the specific needs of our clients. We work with a trained and certified team of operators to ensure the correct management of the plastic injection process and to deliver quality products. The plastic parts production process is monitored by experienced quality inspectors. All parts undergo regular checks, ensuring that the products meet the required specifications and standards.
