The metal processing department at the factory has unique set of machines and technologies which enables the production of quality metal parts for electrical applications. Our team consists of experienced technicians and engineers with extensive knowledge in metal processing techniques. We work in close collaboration with our clients to develop customized solutions that respond to their specific needs and deliver products that provide a functional and quality solution.
The Bakelite processing department offers a range of processing options including injection and compression molding. Our extensive experience in the field, spanning 100 years, allows us to produce products capable of meeting the diverse needs of our customers. We can manufacture Bakelite parts in a variety of sizes and grades, ranging from small electrical components to large industrial parts.
Our assembly department enables us to provide a comprehensive response to the needs of our clients. We operate automated assembly lines alongside manual work, thereby achieving precision and meeting all client requirements. The department's team consists of highly experienced employees, accompanied by workers who monitor the production lines and ensure that the products meet the required specifications and standards.
Our plastic injection department is the heart of the company. With 60 plastic injection machines of various sizes ranging from 80 to 320 tons, and a rich experience in a variety of injection materials for different industries from electronics to the automotive industry, we are equipped to meet all our customers' needs and produce a wide range of products.
We develop tenths and service hundreds of molds per year, where one of our greatest strengths is working in synergy with our tool shop. This creates an inherent understanding of the importance of every single detail in the mold, ensuring it operates without a critical downtime.

One of the projects we are proud of, is the development of a new mechanism for a switch. This project was led by our development department. The mechanism has been tested and approved according to international standards. It has been evaluated by electricians, and currently, it is beginning its journey to various markets.
One of the areas we specialize in, is the pressing and injection of Bakelite. Among the products we manufacture from Bakelite, is a multi-socket for the Jordanian market. This product is mass-produced, and we cherish our good collaboration with clients in Jordan.
Five years ago, a client approached us with the idea of creating caps for cosmetics industry. At that time, this field was new to us, but through a collaborative development process, we designed and produced a mold that met their requirements, featuring a hot runner and capable of enduring a rapid production cycle. Since then, everything is history. We have been manufacturing and customizing plastic shapes, according to clients’ requirements and continue to collaborate in various areas.
Our factory's foundations are deeply rooted in the electrical industry for 120 years, during which we have been developing and manufacturing switches, sockets, lighting fixtures, and other accessories for this sector. During development we use our extensive experience and knowledge in adapting products of “Naiden Kirov” to various global standards. This sector is a milestone of our manufacturing operations.
For the past 10 years, we have specialized in designing and manufacturing plastic part molds for the automotive industry, in response to our customers' requirements.
