In 2017, our injection department took another significant leap forward with the acquisition of 8 new Arburg injection machines, each boasting a capacity of 150 tons. These machines are not only equipped with state-of-the-art features but also introduce the capability for mold piston activation and hot runner systems, further enhancing our precision and efficiency.

Key Features of the Arburg Machines:

– Robotic Systems: Each machine is outfitted with robotics to automate the removal of finished products and to manage the funnel system directly from the mold, streamlining the production process.

– Drying Units: The inclusion of drying units prepares the polymers before use, guaranteeing optimal material quality and performance.

– Temperature Control: Integrated systems for maintaining the injection molds at the perfect working temperature are crucial for the production of consistent, high-quality products.

– Mold Piston Activation: A pivotal upgrade is the ability to activate a piston within the mold itself. This advancement allows for unparalleled control over the injection process, enabling the creation of complex geometries and precise component structures.

– Hot Runner System: The integration of a hot runner system simplifies the path of the molten polymer to the mold cavities, reducing waste and improving the overall efficiency of the molding process.
